At SweetAI, we believe in data minimization. We only collect the essential information required to provide our premium EA generation services:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and encrypted password for authentication.
- Usage Data: Basic telemetry on platform performance to ensure optimal generation speed.
- Payment Details: Processed securely via Stripe; we do not store your full credit card information.
02. How We Use Your Data
The information we collect is strictly utilized to maintain, optimize, and secure your SweetAI experience. We use your email to send vital account alerts, platform updates, and invoice receipts. Your usage data helps us calibrate our AI models for faster code generation. We absolutely never use your data for third-party marketing or cross-site tracking.
03. Strategy Privacy & Code Encryption
Your trading logic is your intellectual property. We treat it with the highest level of security in the industry.
When you build an Expert Advisor or Indicator using SweetAI, the parameters, indicators, and logic blocks you select are processed in volatile memory. Any saved strategies are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our engineering team has zero access to your unencrypted strategy configurations. We do not train our public AI models on your private trading strategies.
05. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your account data only as long as you maintain an active SweetAI subscription or account. Upon account deletion, all personal data, saved strategies, and generated code files are permanently purged from our primary servers and backups within 30 days, leaving no residual traces.
06. Your GDPR/CCPA Rights
Under global privacy frameworks (including GDPR and CCPA), you hold the right to:
- Request data access & portability
- Request data rectification
- Request complete data erasure (Right to be Forgotten)
- Opt-out of any data processing
