Terms of Agreement & Governance
Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using the Sweet AI platform, you agree to be bound by these institutional terms of service and our acceptable use policies.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the Sweet AI platform and its services, including but not limited to the AI EA Builder and market analysis tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
Account Registration & Security
To access premium features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Security Obligations
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription & Refund Policy
Sweet AI operates on a tiered subscription model. By subscribing to a premium tier, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the EA Builder and proprietary algorithms, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used billing periods unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
EA Builder Intellectual Property
Ownership of Generated Code
The trading logic and parameters you design remain your intellectual property. However, the foundational codebase, libraries, and compilation architecture utilized by the Sweet AI EA Builder remain the exclusive property of Sweet AI.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to execute the generated Expert Advisors on your personal or proprietary trading accounts. Resale, reverse engineering, or redistribution of the raw source code generated by the platform without an enterprise license is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Uses
You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," or "spam."
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.
System Availability
We strive to ensure that the Sweet AI platform is highly available. However, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Routine maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime. Sweet AI shall not be held liable for any missed trades, financial losses, or operational disruptions resulting from platform unavailability or connectivity issues with external brokers.
Limitation of Liability
TRADING FOREX, CRYPTOCURRENCIES, AND OTHER FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERY INVESTOR.
In no event shall Sweet AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service; and
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
